MEGA-STROY TO BUILD OUTLET VILLAGE BELAYA DACHA RETAIL CENTER

In January 2012, Hines and MEGA-STROY signed the General Contractor agreement for continuation of not only road works and landscaping but also for construction of structures of Outlet Village Belaya dacha retail center.

An unknown to the Russians work outlet has been used by the Americans and the Europeans long ago. The firs outlet in America – Factory Outlet – was opened by Anderson-Little in 1936. Outlet is a big retail center where products of fashion, famous and expensive brands are represented at affordable prices. At this, it is not a stock center where defected clothes is often presented, i.e. stocks of collections or products created specially for sale in outlets as, for example, Huge Boss and Ralph Lauren do.

Outlet Village Belaya Dacha has been built in compliance with the latest standards of European outlets. Its architectural concept was developed by Hydea company having huge experience in construction of outlets in Europe. The project’s main architect is Andrey Perekhodtsev, a Russian architect working for Hydea in Florence (Italy).
