Construction of Granat — the new industrial park has begun in the urban district of Domodedovo in Moscow region. The project of two buildings with a total area of 22,000 sq. m will be implemented in the Light Industrial format.

MEGA-STROY-M LLC is the general contractor and the general designer of the project. The company has been working in the commercial real estate sector for 17 years and implements turnkey construction projects. MEGASTROY’s portfolio includes more than 1,750,000 square meters of commercial space, developed with consideration of the individual requirements of customers and modern technologies.

The buildings will be constructed with the use of modern technologies and materials. The ceiling height will be 8 m, the floor load will be 5 t/sq.m. The buildings will be able to accommodate both logistics companies and light manufacturing.

Granat Industrial Park is located in the village of Zhitnevo, near the Central Ring Road and the M-4 Don highway. Excellent transport accessibility will allow the residents of the park to quickly get to Domodedovo Airport (15 minutes) and Moscow (30 minutes).

The developer Instone Development plans to commission the first buildings in February 2025. The facilities are intended for logistics and manufacturing companies.
