Construction of a new speculative facility, a warehouse complex with an area of 41,000 sq.m. has begun on the territory of the Yemelyanovsky production and logistics complex in Krasnoyarsk.

It will be part of the first phase of construction, the total area of which will exceed 107,000 sq.m.

Currently, the earthworks stage has been completed, the foundation for the floor slab is being installed, and the installation of columns has begun. Completion of the warehouse complex construction is scheduled for Q3 2025.

Similar to the first two warehouses, the new facility will meet the requirements of a high-tech Class A warehouse: the external walls will consist of three-layer sandwich panels with mineral wool insulation, the floors will be made of M400 grade concrete, which is highly durable. The facility will be equipped with advanced energy-saving systems, which will allow the user to significantly reduce heating and lighting costs. In addition, it will be equipped with modern fire safety systems.
