MEGASTROY will build a cross-docking warehouse for DPD

A new contract has been signed for 30 thousand sq. m. MEGA-STROY-M LLC will build a modern warehouse complex for the development company Radius Group by the beginning of 2022. The project customer is the leading logistics company DPD. The complex will be located on the territory of the South Gate Industrial Park and will include office and warehouse parts. The advantages of the facility will be the availability of a cargo mezzanine and a large number of gates for cross-docking operations.

All construction works, including the utilities installation and landscaping, will be undertaken by the general contractor MEGA-STROY-M LLC. The project will be performed with the use of BIM technology, and will also receive BREEAM environmental assessment certificate.
