SIGNING OF THE AGREEMENT WITH THE GOVERNMENT OF THE KRASNOYARSK REGION

March 03, 2022, within the framework of the 18th Krasnoyarsk Economic Forum, an agreement was signed between the Government of the Krasnoyarsk region and the company MEGASTROY, which involves the construction of a modern logistics park in the Yemelyanovsky district.

Class A industrial and warehouse complexes of 600,000 square meters will be built on the territory of 138 hectares until 2026. The volume of investments in the first two years alone will amount to 6 billion rubles. Wholesale and retail companies, logistics organizations, e-commerce businesses and other companies will become the users of the park.

«The Chairman of the regional government Yuri Lapshin noted that the successful economic development requires the availability of appropriate infrastructure, including logistics. “We have big plans for the development of a cargo and passenger hub, for the creation of wholesale distribution centers in the field of trade and the agro-industrial complex. This increases the demand for storage capacity. The agreement aims to solve this problem. The availability of a modern logistics park will increase the management efficiency of commodity flows, the quality and speed of cargo handling», — said Yuri Lapshin.

«The development of a logistics park in the Yemelyanovsky district of the Krasnoyarsk region will reduce the shortage of warehouse and industrial real estate.
