MEGA-STROY PROJECTS WERE BREEAMED

Radius Group – a strategic partner of MEGA-STROY, LLC – declared about obtainment of BREEAM certificates for phases 1 and 2 of construction of the industrial complex Yuzhnye vrata.

BREEAM is one of the most well0known and well-spread methods to evaluate the ecological efficiency of buildings. It defines standards of sustainable design and construction and gives opportunity to compare different buildings and their level of environmental impact.

When evaluating phase two of construction (53 000 sq.m.), rating Very Good was given. Due to above, Phase II is among the projects with the highest ratings. Earlier, Phase I received rating PASS.

The project received high points under the following categories: energy efficiency, reduction of environmental impact, increase of biological diversity of the construction site, creation of the strategy of the alternative transport at the project as well as use of materials having high factors of environmental impact evaluation during all life cycle.

The fact that the projects built by MEGA-STROY, LLC have received this prestigious certificate of environmental safety and energy efficiency proves high level of construction quality.
