CONSTRUCTION IN RUSSIA PROBABLY HAS A QUALITY MARK

The Government discusses ways to increase the quality of projects under construction and responsibilities for it. On March 4, The Committee for quality and safety of construction had a meeting in the residence of the authorized representative of the Russian President in the NWAD.

During the meeting, the committee members considered the situation in the Russian construction industry in details. The officials discussed current problems and possible prospects of future development of the industry. During his speech A.I. Ort, Chairman of the Committee, proposed to pay attention to quality control system of construction in Germany. There every new project, along with commissioning to the state commission, shall undertake the procedure for obtainment of a quality mark. The official proposes to use this successful experience of foreign colleagues and introduce the similar system in Russia where new buildings of good quality will have relevant distinguishing mark.
