XVII ANNUAL KNIGHT FRANK WAREHOUSE CONFERENCE

September 16, Knight Frank’s XVII Annual Warehouse Conference “Building a New Reality” was held.

We would like to thank our partners for the high level of organization of the event and the opportunity to take part in it.

Representatives of Knight Frank, Radius Group, PJSC Sberbank, Ozon, X5 Retail Group, AliExpress Russia, MEGASTROY, CDEK, DPD and others were invited to the conference. More than 30 speakers presented their reports. The business program included several parallel sessions on various issues, including urban logistics, e-commerce, construction and development forecasts in Moscow and regions.

Sergey Molodov, the Development Director of MEGASTROY, was one of the speakers of the session “Cost of construction and light industrial”. Together with representatives of Knight Frank, Radius Group, COMITAS and Mikhailovsky Development Group, they discussed the attractiveness of the light industrial economy, the forecast for growth in construction costs and changes in developer profitability.
