{"id":1498,"date":"2017-04-28T15:42:04","date_gmt":"2017-04-28T12:42:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mega-stroy.su\/?page_id=1498"},"modified":"2025-02-05T14:08:28","modified_gmt":"2025-02-05T11:08:28","slug":"tendery","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/mega-stroy.su\/en\/about-us\/tenders\/","title":{"rendered":"TENDERS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>To participate in tenders of MEGA-STROY for selection of appropriate and  reliable partners, it is required to provide the following documents:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n  \r\n\t<li>Notarized or certified copy of the Charter;<\/li>\r\n\r\n  \r\n\t<li>Notarized or certified copy of the Certificate about  state registration of a legal entity;<\/li>\r\n\r\n  \r\n\t<li>Notarized or certified copy of the Certificate about  registration of a legal entity by tax authorities in the Russian Federation;<\/li>\r\n\r\n  \r\n\t<li>Notarized or certified copy of the Extract from the  Unified State Register of Legal Entities issued not later than 10 (Ten) days  prior to the contract conclusion between a General Contractor and a  Subcontractor;<\/li>\r\n\r\n  \r\n\t<li>Notarized or certified copy of a document confirming  powers of a Subcontractor&rsquo;s sole executive body;<\/li>\r\n\r\n  \r\n\t<li>Notarized or certified copy of the letter of attorney  issued to a person signing a contract between a General Contractor and a  Subcontractor (if the contract is not signed by the sole executive body);<\/li>\r\n\r\n  \r\n\t<li>Notarized or certified copy of the passport of a  person (pages containing a photograph, information about current registration  and earlier issued passports) who is the Subcontractor&rsquo;s sole executive body as  well as persons sighing the contract between a General Contractor and a  Subcontractor (if the contract is not signed by the sole executive body);<\/li>\r\n\r\n  \r\n\t<li>Notarized or certified copy of the permit (license) or  the certificate of admission that are required by a Subcontractor to process  works he is engaged in;<\/li>\r\n\r\n  \r\n\t<li>Notarized or certified copies of Subcontractor&rsquo;s  accountant reports for the last report period and a calendar year;<\/li>\r\n\r\n  \r\n\t<li>Notarized or certified copies of Subcontractors&rsquo;  insurance policies related to works;<\/li>\r\n\r\n  \r\n\t<li>Any other documents that might be requested by the  Client (including proofs that the Subcontractor&rsquo;s employees have relevant  qualification and that the Subcontractor has sufficient experience of  participation in the similar projects and fast supply and procurement  processing);<\/li>\r\n\r\n  \r\n\t<li>Extract from SRO confirming current membership of the  company in SRO (original and certified by the Company copies).
