Besides, the Moscow administration is to provide all developers with some tax concessions. The developers planning to arrange access roads to their construction sites will be free from taxes on money they spend on these roads. This law is almost prepared by the capital\u2019s mayor office.<br \/>\r\n<!--more--><\/p>\r\n<p>However, according to the present legislation, the developer has no actual right to include the cost of road works in the estimate of the project. And this liability to provide the project with roads has existed for many years. All these years the developers were transferring the required amount of money to the road builders as free will contributions. But in addition they had to pay 20% of taxes on these contributions.<\/p>\r\n<p>Moscow authorities hope that his will increase the flow of developers wishing to put themselves on record of creature of
