The project with an area of 16.5 thousand square meters is being implemented according to the built-to-suit scheme.\r\n\r\n <p>\r\n<!--more-->\r\n\r\n<p>\r\n\r\nCurrently the developer has installed more than half of the columns and proceeded with the installation of metal structures. Also, work is underway to install plinth panels, prepare the base for the floor slab and install external utilities.\r\n\r\n<p>\r\nThe construction of the complex began in Q1, 2021.
