The buildings include:
- manufacturing and warehouse areas (operational areas, office areas, technical areas) for storage and processing of general purpose products with in-built office and technical premises;
- security gatehouses;
- parking areas;
- open storage areas.
During assembly of the manufacturing and logistics complex Severnoye Domodedovo (Phase 2), there was made concrete flooring with strengthened dust-resistant cover. The heated buildings are equipped with:
- sprinkler firefighting system;
- power supply;
- supply and exhaust ventilation;
- own boiler house and heat network.
Walling – sandwich panels. Strip glazing at the level of the office areas. Membrane roof.
