MEGASTROY has started the implementation of the fifth phase of the Yemelyanovsky Production and Logistics Complex (PLC) in Krasnoyarsk. The facility is Class A+, which guarantees compliance with the strictest requirements for infrastructure, engineering utilities, and operational characteristics of modern logistics facilities.

Mikhail Kotyukov inspected the progress of work on creating a large logistics park in the Yemelyanovsky municipal district. To date, three buildings have already been commissioned here, and the construction of another one was recently completed. Popular marketplaces have become residents of the park.

Today, a ceremonial event was held dedicated to two significant occasions: the 65th anniversary of the Krasnopolyanskaya poultry farm and the opening of the first phase of Krasnaya Polyana MultiBox cluster on its territory. It should be recalled that MEGASTROY acted as the general contractor for the project.

The largest project in Krasnoyarsk is entering a new stage — the third phase of construction of the logistics complex has been completed. The facility has been commissioned and handed over to the tenant, the Wildberries company.

The Wildberries marketplace has closed a major deal in the warehouse market. The company has rented over 40,000 sq. m of space near Krasnoyarsk.

The construction of Krasnaya Polyana cluster actively continues in Lobnya city of the Moscow region. The facility is being built for the Mikhailovsky Development company with the participation of MEGASTROY - the general contractor.
