CONSTRUCTION OF BELAYA DACHA HINES LOGOPARK IS OVER

In August 2011, construction of the warehouse complex Belaya Dacha Hines Logopark was over.
The complex’s total area was 35 000 sq.m.

The project was built for one year.

The complex is meant for wide range of services for acceptance/release, storage and loading of cargos. The nomenclature of cargos include different types of consumable goods.

The buildings are also equipped with:

• Concrete flooring with dust-resistant cover;
• Floor height 12 m;
• Regulated temperature mode;
• Fire alarm and automatic firefighting systems;
• Ventilation system;
• Security alarm and CCTV systems;
• Autonomous substation and heating unit;
• Automatic dock shelters with dock levelers;
• Office and auxiliary premises to the warehouse;
• Fiber-optic communication lines;
• Fencing and 24/7 secured and lighted territory.
