Outlet Village Belaya Dacha is a modern project of Hines – the world’s largest developer – and Belaya Dacha group of companies. This unique for Russia shopping center is located in Kotelniki, Moscow region, at Novoryazanskoye shosse, 4 km from the Moscow Circle road.

The total retail area is 24 778 sq.m.

The area of adjacent territories (access roads, parking areas) is 80 000 sq.m.

Outlet Village Belaya Dacha is the first open outlet center in Russia that presents a real retail village with cozy streets, crossroads and fountains. The architectural concept proposed by the Italian bureau Hydea represents a complex of buildings in the old Moscow style.

MEGASTROY, as a General Contractor, participated in construction of this unique complex. All works were delivered in time according to the signed contract. Special attention was paid to arrangement of utility networks that provide lessees with heat, water and electricity. Besides, the Client’s representatives noted excellent quality of the asphalt clothes of parking areas and access roads to the center.

All Clients of MEGASTROY provide with letters of reference and letters of recognitions on completion of works. Outlet Village Belaya Dacha project has not become the exception. Paul Reynolds, Construction Director and a Hines representative, specially noted not only professionalism of MEGASTROY team but also proactive approach to cooperation providing atmosphere of partnership and trust.

On September 8, 2012, there was a ceremonial opening of Outlet Village Belaya Dacha. Both officials and companies’ representatives that had participated in construction of the outlet attended the ceremony.

In future, it is planned to build Phase 2 of the outlet. On completion of Phase 2 the total retail area will be 38 000 sq. m.
