The beginning of construction of the logistics park in Krasnoyarsk

The developer MEGASTROY started the implementation of the first stage of a large-scale logistics park project on an area of 138 hectares in Krasnoyarsk.

The total area of the park will be approximately 600 thousand sq.m. The first stage will include 3 phases with a total area of about 85 thousand sq.m. All buildings will meet the characteristics of A class warehouse complexes. This is the first project of such level in Krasnoyarsk Krai.

MEGASTROY received a construction permit and began implementing the first phase of the first stage with an area of 36 thousand sq.m. The building will consist of a warehouse area and an office part. The working height will be 12 m, the column spacing will be 12 x 24 meters — optimal for installing multi-level shelving structures. The floor will be made of heavy-duty concrete surface with a uniformly distributed load of 7 t/sq.m. To ensure fire protection of the facility, a fire sprinkler system and fire alarm will be installed. Currently, the land plot has been levelled and the foundation for the floors has been installed. The work on columns and metal structures is ongoing.

Commissioning of the first building is scheduled for Q4, 2024.

Currently, the design of the 2nd phase of construction is also underway — a complex with an area of 30 thousand sq.m. The construction will begin soon. According to NF Group, in Krasnoyarsk Krai in 2022, the share of vacant space decreased to 0.8%, in other words, there is practically no free warehouse space left in the region. The implementation of this project will reduce the shortage of space, will support the development of infrastructure and logistics and will create about 10 thousand new jobs.
