MEGASTROY HAS COMPLETED THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW COMPLEX IN THE SOUTH GATE INDUSTRIAL PARK

Instone Development and its General Contractor MEGASTROY have completed the construction of a new logistics complex with an area of 30,000 sq.m. on the territory of the South Gate Industrial Park.

The A class complex consists of warehouse, production and office space, and technical premises. The facility has heating, air conditioning, fire alarm and fire extinguishing system. Apart from that, at the Customer’s request, the facility is additionally equipped with ramps for freight transport. The tenant is a large Russian company — the leader in the field of stationery and office supplies.

Simultaneously with this complex, MEGASTROY was implementing a warehouse project with an area of 4,200 sq.m.

The construction of these facilities was the final stage of the Industrial Park development, the total area of which was 650,000 sq.m.

Both facilities received the Statements of Conformity and will be available for use by tenants in early 2024.

MEGASTROY’s portfolio includes more than 50 implemented projects with a total area of 1,700,000 sq.m. Today, the company is expanding its presence in the central part of the country, where the implementation of the logistics hub project in the Krasnoyarsk Krai recently began.
