The MEGASTROY Company has begun the implementation of the 2nd phase of a logistics park in the Krasnoyarsk Krai

The developer MEGASTROY received a building permit to build the second phase of the logistics park.

The area of the new warehouse will be 30,000 sq.m., of which 28,500 sq.m. is the warehouse part and the remaining area will be allocated for office space and technical area. The foundation for the floor slab and the installation of columns are currently underway.

The building will be a classic A сlass warehouse complex, with column spacing 12 x 24 meters and a working area height of 12 meters. To ensure fire safety, the facility will be equipped with a fire sprinkler system and fire alarm.

Completion of the second phase is scheduled for the first quarter of 2025.

The logistics park will occupy the area of 150 ha in the Krasnoyarsk Krai. The construction of the logistics park will be carried out in several stages. The first warehouse complex will be put into operation in 2024.

The park’s tenants will be various logistics companies, wholesale and retail trade companies, and companies operating in the field of e-commerce. The project will provide them with a comfortable and functional space that will help optimize their logistics processes and increase operational efficiency.
