Mikhail Kotyukov inspected the progress of work on creating a large logistics park in the Yemelyanovsky municipal district. To date, three buildings have already been commissioned here, and the construction of another one was recently completed. Popular marketplaces have become residents of the park.
The head of the region examined the production and warehouse complex, which is planned to open in January 2026. Thanks to the launch of the facility, new jobs will appear in the region, and delivery times for goods for over 3,000 local entrepreneurs will be significantly reduced. Buyers, including those living in villages and small towns of Krasnoyarsk Krai, will gain simpler and faster access to millions of goods.
The park will have a full order processing cycle—from receiving goods to assembling shipments. It can store up to 15 million product units across an area of 35,000 square meters. The complex will be equipped with modern lifting mechanisms, conveyors, and other high-tech equipment that can process up to 400,000 orders per day.
«The Krasnoyarsk Krai is one of the key points in Russia’s cargo transportation scheme. We are located in the geographical center of the country, at the intersection of routes for four means of transport. The operation of the logistics park will undoubtedly expand opportunities not only for local producers and contribute to increased business activity in the region but will also allow residents of the region to receive orders from other regions in less time,» noted Mikhail Kotyukov.
Plans include the start of projects implementation to build a distribution center for a retail store chain and a production facility to accommodate light industry enterprises, small and medium-sized businesses, as well as warehouses and offices.
We would like to remind you that the construction project of the Yemelyanovsky production and logistics complex is included in the wide-range investment project Yenisei Siberia. Since 2022, its support has been handled by the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation.
