MEGASTROY has started the implementation of the fifth phase of the Yemelyanovsky Production and Logistics Complex (PLC) in Krasnoyarsk. The facility is Class A+, which guarantees compliance with the strictest requirements for infrastructure, engineering utilities, and operational characteristics of modern logistics facilities.

The key parameters and technological features of the project will include:

• Total area: 26,600 sq. m.

• Increased working height: 12.5 meters (compared to the industry standard of 12 m) provides the basis for organizing 6-tier rack storage, optimizing the usable warehouse space.

• Cross-docking technology implementation capability: The implementation of an end-to-end logistics system will allow tenants to minimize cargo handling time by enabling direct redistribution between vehicles. This solution is aimed at reducing operating costs for companies with high-intensity cargo flows.

• Flexible layout: potential tenants and owners can select the required area with the possibility of adapting the space to business requirements.

• Transport accessibility: Convenient transportation links optimize logistics processes and create comfortable conditions for personnel movement, thereby increasing operational efficiency.

The commissioning of the fifth phase of the Yemelyanovsky PLC is scheduled Q4, 2026.
