A Statement of Conformity for the constructed second stage of the Multibox-Cluster Krasnaya Polyana has been received.

In the city of Lobnya the second stage of a modern Class A+ cluster of the registered “multibox” format, with a total area of 25,300 sq. m, has been put into operation.

The general contractor, MEGASTROY, has completed all construction phases: from site preparation to final finishing works and commissioning of engineering systems. The project developer is Mikhailovsky Development, which is responsible for the overall concept, architecture, master planning, and cluster development.

As with the first stage of the cluster, the second stage features flexible layout designs. The space can be adapted to the individual needs of tenants: separate warehouse sections can be allocated, cross-docking, refrigeration, and industrial zones can be arranged.
