Teleinspections of pipelines

Our company conducts teleinspection of utility networks in the following cases:

• When commissioning new projects to the client – to find construction defects.
• Of pipelines in operation – to decide on their repair and to identify the exact location of jams or damages as well as to clarify the tracing.
• To demonstrate quality of delivered works when cleaning pipelines.

From the first sight cost of teleinspection (videodiagnostics) of pipelines is high. However it is paid back due to modern and precise identification of problem parts (potential breaks, jams, etc.) of pipelines and prevention of appearance of minor expenses on rectification of emergency consequences.

Teleinspection and videodiagnostics of pipelines

Videodiagnostics is a modern technology that allows observing inner part of pipelines due to the special equipment in real time mode. It is used to find jam locations, to estimate condition of pipelines, to find defects.

Teleinspection and videodiagnostics of pipelines provides with opportunity to restore the piping diagram, to identify leakages. Based on this obtained information it is possible to make conclusions about the remaining operational resource, quality if piping, to schedule repair works.

Teleinspection of pipelines under pressure is made in operational networks to identify emergency parts promptly.

Our equipment

Pipeline teleinspection instrument is a technically complex system consisting of several units:

• Pushable camera equipped with LED lighting having variable light intensity;
• Cable transmitting power and control signals as well as camera’s images;

Control point for monitoring of the camera’s movement, changes of lighting as well as for image recording and processing.
