The complex includes:
- Manufacturing and warehouse building for assembly of electronic equipment and devices as well as their storage;
- Administrative and amenity building;
- 2 security buildings.
The walling of the buildings is three-layered sandwich panels with basalt-based mineral wool insulation. Dust-resistant flooring, antistatic and wear-resistant. The roofing of the buildings is soft, heat insulated, non-ventilated.
