MEGASTROY welcomed its first tenant in Yemelyanovsky PLC

The construction of Yemelyanovsky PLC, a large logistics park, is ongoing n Krasnoyarsk Krai. The project is being implemented by MEGASTROY company.

The first stage of the project has already been completed: a 36,000 sq. m warehouse complex located on a separate land plot of 6.7 hectares with its own closed territory has been built for OZON, one of the largest Russian marketplaces. This choice is confirmed by high quality standards that meet the requirements of high-tech Class A warehouses, as well as its strategic location — close to major transport hubs in the Krasnoyarsk Krai.

The second stage implementation is almost completed, which will increase the park area by another 30,000 sq. m by February 2025.

Also, active construction of the third stage of the park, a warehouse complex with an area of 41,000 sq.m., is ongoing. As of today, the work on metal structures, roof assembly, and utility networks is being performed.

All three stages are included in the first phase of the Park construction. The implementation of the entire project involves 5 phases of construction and about 650 thousand square meters of warehouse space. The Park will become a key logistics hub of the region, which in turn will have a positive effect on both the speed of delivery of goods and the increase of jobs in the region.
