The developer’s press service reported that December 2nd, Mikhailovsky Development signed a general contract with Megastroy for the construction of the first phase of Krasnaya Polyana cluster.

The area of the first phase of construction will be 96,000 sq. m. The cluster has excellent transport accessibility and will have direct access to the northern bypass of Lobnya with access to four federal highways.
