MEGASTROY and the Irkutsk Region Development Corporation signed an agreement

On January 23, 2025, MEGASTROY and the Irkutsk Region Development Corporation signed an agreement to support a project on warehouse complex construction, which will become the starting point for its implementation in the region.

The project of the complex will cover an area of at least 40 hectares. This territory will allow for the placement of up to 150,000 sq. m of A/A+ class warehouse real estate. The construction of the facilities will be carried out with the use of the latest technologies and modern equipment for the effective management of logistics processes.

One of the key stages of the project implementation will be the selection of the construction location. At the moment, several locations on the territory of Irkutsk agglomeration are being considered. These plots were not chosen by chance: they are of strategic importance in terms of transport accessibility and proximity to the main consumers.

According to the plans, the project implementation will require significant investments. However, as the experience of Krasnoyarsk Krai has shown, high-quality logistics infrastructure is in high demand, especially among companies engaged in e-commerce. At the same time, there is a shortage of high-quality Class A warehouse space in Irkutsk region.

The agreement signed opens up new opportunities for cooperation between business and the state. It sets the goal of not only creating a warehouse complex, but also developing the entire infrastructure in the region. MEGASTROY, as a developer, will work closely with the Irkutsk Region Development Corporation, which will be able to provide support at all stages of the project.

MEGASTROY has been successfully operating in the commercial real estate market for 19 years and has extensive experience in implementing similar projects. Currently, a logistics park with a total area of 600 thousand square meters is being built in Krasnoyarsk Krai, with 66 thousand square meters already built and commissioned during a year and a half.
