Granat Industrial Park has received commissioning permit

MEGASTROY, the general contractor, has completed the construction of the first stage of GRANAT Industrial Park, which consists of two Light Industrial buildings with a total area of 22,000 sq. m.

Instone Development announced that it has received commissioning permit.

The facilities construction was carried out with the use of advanced technologies and high-quality materials. Each block is equipped with individual dock gates and office space on the ground floor. The ceiling height is 8 meters, the column pitch is 12×24 meters, which makes the space convenient for logistics companies, e-commerce representatives and classic retail. Granat Industrial Park is located near the Central Ring Road and is close to the intersection with the M-4 Don highway.
