Construction of Krasnaya Polyana Cluster is continued

Mikhailovsky Development company and MEGASTROY continue the construction of a cluster in the north of the Moscow region.

The first stage of construction of Krasnaya Polyana cluster is a large-scale project with an area of 96 thousand square meters. The classic class A big box, under the project, involves multifunctional development that can be adapted to the needs of tenants due to the flexibility of the layout.

Today, MEGASTROY, the general contractor, continues excavation work and has already started columns installation. Completion of construction is scheduled for Q4, 2025.

The cluster will receive direct access to the Northern Bypass of Lobnya in the Moscow Region, which will significantly simplify logistics and increase the efficiency of enterprises.
