MEGASTROY began the construction of the fourth stage of Emelyanovsky logistics park in Krasnoyarsk Krai.

The new warehouse complex with an area of 30 thousand square meters will become part of the largest logistics hub in Krasnoyarsk Krai. It will be equipped with modern warehouse premises and office spaces to meet all the requirements for class A warehouses.

The construction of the facility is performed in strict accordance with the approved work schedule. Currently, the earth work is ongoing and the installation of columns has begun.

The construction of the logistics park is being carried out in stages. The first two stages have already been put into operation. The third stage is planned for completion 3Q, 2025, and the fourth stage is scheduled for completion 1Q, 2026.
