Total planned area of new commercial real estate projects in Russia will slightly exceed 3 millions of square meters. Now there are 110 shopping and office centers under construction in the country. However, experts forecast that only half of them will be commissioned in the stipulated period and that is 1.6 million of square meters.

The Head of the Department of physical culture and sport Aleksey Vorobiev informed about financial costs required for preparation of the Football World Cup 2018. First, the officials estimated 85 bln then they removed extra and stopped at the cost of the event totaling 71 bln Rubles. Under the rules, 56 bln of this amount shall be found in the budget of Moscow. The major part of this money, certainly, will go for reconstruction and construction of sport and infrastructure facilities.
