The list of tasks fulfilled during construction

Subsoil resources management

• Execution of the subsoil resources management license, modification of the subsoil resources management license.
• Development and approval of the justification project of the sanitary protection zones of the water supply sources and of the water in-take technical project.
• Development and approval of the program for processing and sanitary (ecological) supervision of fulfillment of sanitary rules and conduct of sanitary and anti-epidemic (preventive) activities of the water supply systems.

Discharge of polluting substances in the water facilities

• Execution of the permit on provision of the water facility for use.
• Development and approval of the allowable discharge rates, obtainment of the permit for discharge of polluting substances in the environment (water facilities).
• Development and approval of the program of regular monitoring of the water facility and its water reserved zone, waste water discharge schedule.

Discharges in the air

• Development and approval of the limit air discharges, obtainment of the permit for discharge of polluting sub­stances in the air.
• Development and approval of the justification project of the sanitary protection zone, reduction of the sanitary protection zone.

Wastes

• Development and approval of the project for normative standards of wastes accumulation and limits for their loca­tions, obtainment of the statement for normative standards of wastes accumulation and limits for their locations.

Other

• State registration of the projects negatively impacting the environment.
• Calculation of fees for negative environmental impact, submission of the declaration on calculation of fees for negative environmental impact.
• Development of documentation, implementation of activities, reporting for certification of the construction projects under BREEAM, LEED international standards.
