• A-class warehouses, their cost of construction includes walls, over 10 m high, made of steel structures or sandwich panels without columns or with column spacing not less than nine meters;
• Single-story objects with several B+ class premises having floor height over 8 m and the structure suitable for maneuvering of large cargo vehicles;
• B category buildings consisting of several stories and having floor height from 4 to 8 m, there is concrete/asphalt flooring and autonomous system of room heating.

The last group of this classification includes C-class buildings. The design of these buildings may offer different number of stories and floor height up to 4 m. Provided that, the warehouse layout must contain gates located at the zero level and utility networks.
