MEGASTROY STARTS CONSTRUCTION OF PLC SEVERNOYE DOMODEDOVO

MEGASTROY Construction Company started to build a new industrial park located at the intersection of Kashirskoye shosse and a 107 highway.
The complex includes A-class warehouses, offices and manufacturing buildings. The project will be delivered in three phases. The construction of phase 1 supposes erection of 60 000 sq.m. and will be completed in 4 quarter of 2008. The minimal areas for lease will be 8 000 sq.m. The total area of the industrial park will be 500 000 sq.m.
