MEGASTROY began the construction of the fourth stage of Emelyanovsky logistics park in Krasnoyarsk Krai.

MEGASTROY, the general contractor, has completed the construction of the first stage of GRANAT Industrial Park, which consists of two Light Industrial buildings with a total area of 22,000 sq. m.

On January 23, 2025, MEGASTROY and the Irkutsk Region Development Corporation signed an agreement to support a project on warehouse complex construction, which will become the starting point for its implementation in the region.

The area of the first phase of construction of the cluster in the north of the Moscow region will be 96,000 sq. m. MEGASTROY is the general contractor.
