The development of the South Gate Industrial Park continues.

MEGA-STROY-M has completed the construction of a warehouse complex for the leading investment and development company RADIUS GROUP.

The project provides for the construction of a multi-temperature warehouse according to the Built-to-Suit scheme by QII 2022.

The customer of the project is one of the largest importers of alcoholic beverages - Marine Express LLC.

October 19, MEGASTROY and FLAMAX entered into a bilateral agreement on joint activities. The agreement was a logical step, resulting from a long-term successful cooperation.

The MEGASTROY company has started the construction of a warehouse with an area of about 43,000 sq.meters for the leading developer Radius Group as part of the implementation of a new phase of the South Gate industrial park in Domodedovo.

“Stupino has always, in a good way, been anxious for economy, the city district has achieved good results. It is associated with modern industrial, manufacturing enterprises, such as those organized by our Indian friends,” said the head of the region.

On March 5, 2020, Aleksandr Vladimirovich Dvoinykh, Head of the Domodedovo town district, along with Leonid Pavlovich Kovalevsky, Chairman of the Town district deputy council, held the working meeting with Mega-Stroy team.

Within this working visit to manufacturing enterprises of Domodedovo, Mr. Dvoinykh and Mr. Kovalevsky visited the territory of the concrete plants of Mega-Stroy as well as they presented certificates to some company’s staff for invaluable contribution to development of the Domodedovo town district.

Mr. Dvoinykh thanked Mega-Stroy team for long-term dedicated work and huge contribution to social and economic development of the Domodedovo district.

During their working trip over the municipal settlement the Deputy Chairmen of the Government of the Moscow region Vadim Khramov and the Deputy Minister of Investments and Innovations of the region Anton Loginov visited the construction site of the plant for manufacturing of biodegradable polyethylene film in the Special Economic Zone Stupino Quadrat.

South Gate Industrial Park developed by Radius Group and built by the General Contractor MEGA-STROY has become the winner in the nomination “Warehouse complex. Best for 10 years!”.
