During their working trip over the municipal settlement the Deputy Chairmen of the Government of the Moscow region Vadim Khramov and the Deputy Minister of Investments and Innovations of the region Anton Loginov visited the construction site of the plant for manufacturing of biodegradable polyethylene film in the Special Economic Zone Stupino Quadrat.

South Gate Industrial Park developed by Radius Group and built by the General Contractor MEGA-STROY has become the winner in the nomination “Warehouse complex. Best for 10 years!”.

The Specialized National Logistics Center of AUCHAN which was built by MEGA-STROY and commissioned in November 2018 (owner – AUCHAN Retail Russia, developer – Radius Group) has become the winner of CRE MOSCOW AWARDS-2019 in the category “Industrial real estate. Nomination – Warehouse complex”.

In January 2019, MEGA-STROY signed the contract with FLEX FILMS RUS, a representative of the Indian company Flex Films on the Russian market, which is the largest Indian manufacturer of flexible packing.

The new shopping center over 23 thousand sq.m. will be built on the land plot totaling 7.41 ha in the Krasnogorsk district of the Moscow region, Novorizhskoye highway, 5 km from MKAD.

Outlet Village Belaya Dacha was built by Mega-Stroy in 2012 and became the first open outlet center in Russia located in Kotelniki town, Moscow region. It was awarded with BREEAM In-Use and has become the first retail complex which received the certificate of the rating Excellent.

July 22, 2018. MEGA-STROY and Radius Group host Andrey Vorobiev, Governor of the Moscow region, at the construction site of NLC AUCHAN.

In the end of September 2017 the first stone of the new innovation logistics center AUCHAN Yuzhnye Vrata was laid. Under the design, this federal project will be located on the area of 45 ha in the Domodedovo town district. The project will consist of four warehouses for different types of products.
