February 25, 2013, the Acting for the Governor of the Moscow region Vorobiev Andrey Yurievich visited one of the projects built by MEGA-STROY, LLC during his official visit to Domodedovo town district.

Outlet Village Belaya Dacha is a modern project of Hines – the world’s largest developer – and Belaya Dacha group of companies. This unique for Russia shopping center is located in Kotelniki, Moscow region, at Novoryazanskoye shosse, 4 km from the Moscow Circle road.

In January 2012, Hines and MEGA-STROY signed the General Contractor agreement for continuation of not only road works and landscaping but also for construction of structures of Outlet Village Belaya dacha retail center.

In August 2011, construction of the warehouse complex Belaya Dacha Hines Logopark was over.

On July 7, 2011, MEGA-STROY received the certificate of conformity to the ecological management standards ISO 14001. This international certificate has been developed for management of the enterprise’s ecological activity.

In July 2010, under Hines’ order MEGA-STROY started road works and landscaping of the territories adjacent to Outlet Village Belaya Dacha retail center that is being under construction. The area of the future retail center will total 24 778 sq.m.

On June 14, 2010, MEGA-STROY, LLC established a joint venture MegaStroy Construction and Development Qatar uniting experience and efforts of two countries to meet the increasing demands for construction services of the Arabian peninsula countries.

On April 27, 2010, the ceremonial opening of a new manufacturing complex and a spare distribution center of the world’s largest manufacturer of agricultural and construction equipment John Deer took place.
